Do you have a real item picture for the Haruhi Cosplay Costume? What do you mean by "The color in the image could look slightly different from the actual product"? Is it because of the light or is it not the real item?

Hello ALLEN, the product photos are our actual product photos taken in our office, as you can see there is a "Cosplayfu" label on the model neck.
The actual costume will be a bit darker than the photo.  We use a spot light when taking product photos, so the effect is just like you put it outdoor under sunshine.  n_n

Hello xKiYoMiNaTiONx, hand wash or dry clean are both more preferable.

A: Most of our costumes are polyester costumes, so you can simply take them to professional dry clean store after wearing them; or, you can wash them:- 
(1). Hand washes only, using warm water (or normal, just don't be so hot or cold) will be okay. 
(2). For most of them (except leather, fur & materials that are thin, light or weak), you can iron it (like ironing normal clothing) when they are dry. 
(3). It will be better for you to wash them separately, because costumes' colors are always being sharp & bright (like red, yellow, purple, green, etc). So please wash them separately, because this type of colors may mix color with other clothes or costumes.

When this costume along with the summer uniform version came to my house, wow both costumes look great. There is a zipper on the bottom right side for both white shirts making it easier to put on and take off the costumes. Polyester fabric is not stretchable to begin with. Now looking at your picture, after all the work I did inputing my red armband and red ribbon I just realized I am wearing my skirt backwards. You're doing a great job.

How to measure?

A: About the measurement, when you choose custom size, you need to measure your exact body size (according to the following picture) instead of the costume size. Our tailors will make the costume fit for you.

Once you make an order, it will take 15–20 working days to customize your costume by professional dressmaker. Complicated dress may need more than 30 days. Some wigs and Customized shoes will take a litter longer, about 4 to 5 weeks. All the accessories can ship immediately. If you need to attend a convention, please make sure you have enough time for preparing. 

Our dressmaker will start customizing the dress for you within 2 days after receiving your payment, it's impossible to cancel an order. Please make a careful decision.
