How to measure?

A: About the measurement, when you choose custom size, you need to measure your exact body size (according to the following picture) instead of the costume size. Our tailors will make the costume fit for you.

Once you make an order, it will take 15–20 working days to customize your costume by professional dressmaker. Complicated dress may need more than 30 days. Some wigs and Customized shoes will take a litter longer, about 4 to 5 weeks. All the accessories can ship immediately. If you need to attend a convention, please make sure you have enough time for preparing. 

Our dressmaker will start customizing the dress for you within 2 days after receiving your payment, it's impossible to cancel an order. Please make a careful decision.

Payment:

We accept payments from CCNow, Worldpay and Moneybookers.

CCNow accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover/Novus, Diner's Club, and JCB cards.This includes all card types that are derivatives of those brands. Some examples are: Visa check cards and debit cards, MasterCard "MasterMoney", EuroCard, etc. Paypal is also acceptable in our website.

Moneybookers mainly accepts payments by credit cards, bank transfers and “pay by Moneybookers” account. For credit card payments, it includes VISA, MasterCard, Amex, Diner’s Club and JCB cards. For bank transfer payments, it is available for customers from European and Asian countries. For pay by Moneybookers account, customers can send money through moneybookers.com directly. Custom & Tax:

Cosplayfu has no control over import charges and does not have responsibility for the package meeting local customs taxes. When ordering from our site, you are considered the importer and must responsible for the import tax or any additional charges. I like everything I've seen basically, look very professional. My main concerns though is in the picture shown the sleeves are not nearly as long as in the show and the same goes for the length of the entire thing itself. I would like to purchase one, but am skeptical to spend money unless it can be modified to be longer in sleeve and length like in the show.

I want to buy an akatsuki cloak but I can't seem to find one that is exactly right. I also couldn't tell if the first one had the red on the inside, I would like the red material from the inside of the 2nd cloak. It doesn't look shiny or too bright of a red, from its photo anyway. The red material for the clouds and its design, I would prefer from the 1st cloak. That picture's clouds doesn't have too bright a red, it's also darker than the red inside the other cloak. Anyways, can you make it according to my vision? I would gladly speak with you through some sort of chat if you need more assistance on what I'm looking for.

I've tried every email I have, to try and get my "lost tracking number" because when I type in my tracking number that I have from when I first ordered from you, it says its not found. When I first ordered it wanted me to verify my order, and i couldnt get it to work the site wouldn't accept my information, so I gave up, but the next day it showed up that the transaction had gone threw on the banking account and took 110.94 out. A few months ago we ordered this cloak Hidan's cosplay items, Freya's dress and Chii's ears. Well they are still making my dress but today we got the cloak and items in the mail. First off I was suprised at how quickly they got here. I live in Oregon and it got here in about a week. That was awesome! Second. We were all truely amazed at the quality of the items! The cloak is simply amazing! It fits my fiance perfectly, looks great and is very very well put together. The headband we got is also a great item. Around here they are simply cheap plastic glued onto pieces of cloth but not this one! It was bulted into the cloth, very secure. The cloth was not itchy at all and over all a great quality on that to. The necklace and ring were great to. Bart does not like alot of thigns rubbing his neck and the light weight plastic was a relief. Over all we are VERY happy with the quality of everything. We will be shopping here more in the futre! Unfortunatly, i was out of the room when my mom finished the order, she did write down the receipt number, but other than that she didn't write anything else. She says that the order shown in her bank account and has already paid for it, so i assume that it will come. Even though i don't have the order number, will the cloak arrive...?

My mom ordered this cloak for me at/around Dec. 21st. We live in Washington state. I've been wondering, about how long would it take for this cloak to arrive? It's been about 13 days since my mom made the order and she did say it was paid for in her credit card account. I don't mind waiting but i'm just wondering if i'll get the cloak soon. Oh yeah, i have another question. My mom bought the cloak one size bigger than what would probably be the size it would fit perfectly. She says it will shrink when we wash it? Will this cloak shrink at least a little? I don't mind if this is a little longer than usually. Thanks for taking the time to answer this... :)

I have a question regarding this cloak. First off, I've seen many a cosplay involving the Akatsuki, and the cloaks they wear, the ones that aren't homemade, tend to have neckbands that are too small; they limit head movement. So my question is, when you specify the measurements when ordering this cloak, what category does the neckband fall under, and what would be a good way to make sure it's the size it needs to be?

Awesome great service! I ordered it on October 4th (late at night). I was worried about how long it was going to take, so I sent an email to have it before halloween (Oct 31st). It came on the 19th!(thats 15 days and you could subtract the order processing time, and the weekends) Which is amazingly fast. The outfit fits fine looks good! I plan on ordering another costume from cosplayfu.com again~! ^_^
