Hello! I have a question about the custom sizes. I'd like to have the jacket long enough to cover the thight (just a little bit over the knee). In what part of the custom size slot do I need to write that? (I'd like a female S because the sizes are perfect, but I think the jacket will be too short... this is the only thing that I'm worried about) Thank you! =)

*Custom size costume doesn't charge extra cost, but the processing time will be longer than standard size costumes; for this costume in custom size, we need about 3 weeks to make it (excluding the shipping time).

Hi Rayne, when do you need this costume? Because of the Lunar New Year holiday, all our tailors have been on holidays already and will be back around 25th Feb.And the costume will need about 20-25 business days (after 25th Feb) for us to finish, while Hong Kong Post takes another 20-30 days to deliver your package, so it will take about two months (after 25th Feb) to reach you.n_n

How much would it be WITHOUT the ears, mask, and ponytails, and also without the zipper piece in the center? Just the tail, boot covers and jacket with a couple open slits for ears at the top (I plan to have it so I can slip neko ears through the holes), the holes for the ponytails and the tail, and with the center just open so I may add in a zipper myself?

How to measure?

A: About the measurement, when you choose custom size, you need to measure your exact body size (according to the following picture) instead of the costume size. Our tailors will make the costume fit for you.

Once you make an order, it will take 15–20 working days to customize your costume by professional dressmaker. Complicated dress may need more than 30 days. Some wigs and Customized shoes will take a litter longer, about 4 to 5 weeks. All the accessories can ship immediately. If you need to attend a convention, please make sure you have enough time for preparing. 

Our dressmaker will start customizing the dress for you within 2 days after receiving your payment, it's impossible to cancel an order. Please make a careful decision.

Payment:

We accept payments from Paypal, Stripe and Worldpay.

Paypal accepts pay by Paypal.

Stripe accepts payments by ApplePay and credit cards (including VISA, MASTER, DISCOVER, AMEX, JCB, and DINER Club).

Custom & Tax:

Cosplayfu has no control over import charges and does not have responsibility for the package meeting local customs taxes. When ordering from our site, you are considered the importer and must responsible for the import tax or any additional charges. If the package is subsequently returned to us, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges and the transaction fee of the total product purchase.
