Hello Michele Vas, since it is our long Chinese New Year holidays in Feb., so, if you order the shoes size now (about 2 weeks making shoes time + 4 weeks holidays delay) and use the fastest shipping method (Premium Express, 3-6 days shipping time), it will reach you around early April.

**If you order it & use Premium Express shipping & mark down the date you need it, we will put your order in our higher priority and hurry up the processing time, but still unable to guaranteed it can reach you by the end of March, hope you can understand.

So, I have been shopping with CosplayFU for many years now and have been satisfied with pretty much everything, except these shoes. Everything fit perfectly, they looked spot on, but the zipper on the boots did not hold them together. The shoes fit perfectly, in fact I ordered them a couple cm bigger than my actual foot size, but the teeth in the left boot become undone after taking a few steps. I constantly had to keep undoing, and rezipping these boots throughout the whole convention.(Thankfully the convention I went to was just a one-day con, not the three-day con I wanted to wear these to) My friend ordered the same exact ones, but hers were too big on her, so she did not have the same problem. I am just not very happy with these.

How to measure?

A: About the measurement, when you choose custom size, you need to measure your exact body size (according to the following picture) instead of the costume size. Our tailors will make the costume fit for you.

Once you make an order, it will take 15–20 working days to customize your costume by professional dressmaker. Complicated dress may need more than 30 days. Some wigs and Customized shoes will take a litter longer, about 4 to 5 weeks. All the accessories can ship immediately. If you need to attend a convention, please make sure you have enough time for preparing. 

Our dressmaker will start customizing the dress for you within 2 days after receiving your payment, it's impossible to cancel an order. Please make a careful decision.

Payment:

We accept payments from Paypal, Stripe and Worldpay.

Paypal accepts pay by Paypal.

Stripe accepts payments by ApplePay and credit cards (including VISA, MASTER, DISCOVER, AMEX, JCB, and DINER Club).

Custom & Tax:

Cosplayfu has no control over import charges and does not have responsibility for the package meeting local customs taxes.
