Hi, this is my first time trying to cosplay someone, and the first time i take the size of a coat ^^" I took the size of my body and everything, but i was wondering: If I use the exact size of the body, the coat would be tight? Or it will be on the correct size of a coat, so a little large etc?

Hello Xucilod, if you give us the exact body size, our tailor will make the coat to fit your body size, since this is a coat, so our tailor will make it larger size than your exact body size.
Or, you can simply give us the coat size you want, then our tailor will make the coat size as you ordered. (add a remark message like "This is the coat size I want." Then our tailor will aware of it.)
*Custom size costume doesn't charge extra cost.

This is probably the best Okabe lab coat out there, i looked high and low for one such as this, in the end came and made my purchase.
Its safe to say I am quite pleased with the lab coat, all being the arm holes are a bit tight on me, that aside it a perfect fit. Keep up the great work guys and gals.

Hello Jo, this is a polyester costume, so you can use washing machine to wash it. (n__n)
A: Most of our costumes are polyester costumes, so you can simply take them to professional dry clean store after wearing them; or, you can wash them:-
(1). Hand washes only, using warm water (or normal, just don't be so hot or cold) will be okay.
(2). For most of them (except leather, fur & materials that are thin, light or weak), you can iron it (like ironing normal clothing) when they are dry.
(3). It will be better for you to wash them separately, because costumes' colors are always being sharp & bright (like red, yellow, purple, green, etc). So please wash them separately, because this type of colors may mix color with other clothes or costumes.

Everything about this coat seems spot on, but how will I know how long it will be? I plan on doing a custom sizing for 5'11, how far down with this coat go to? Below the knees? I would need to have this by at least July 15th, would that be possible if I order it today (May 6th)?

I bought this product a few months ago, and it has been fantastic. As a strong lover of Science, rationality, and anime, I wear it to school nearly everyday to the point that I'm known around my highschool as 'that one guy who always wears a labcoat'. OK, from the comments I can see that I can get custom sizing and pockets upon request, but I would like to know something else. Is it possible to get the lapel to crease lower? I have provided a link to Okabe wearing a labcoat and his lapel is noticeably longer then the picture provided for your product. Would this be possible? If so, you can consider one of these sold!

I'm somewhat interested in ordering one of these lab coats in the future, but I want to make sure that it is true to the integrity of the character. here are my questions:
1) Does the coat have a fixed length based on measurements, or can it be made longer upon request? I am hoping for one only a few inches above my heels.
2) Similarly to the above, what about sleeve length?
3) Is the white garment easily washable/stain resistant?

Is the height in the chart the height of the person or the height of the lab coat?
How do I measure the chest, waist and hip? All the way around my body or just the width from side to side?

Hello William, the height means the body height (from foot to head), not the lab coat length; the height is for our tailors reference about the costume proportion.
For the chest, waist & hip, you need to measure around the body; for shoulder width, you just measure from shoulder to shoulder, just like the measurement chart shows. n_n
