I've been attempting to buy this for the 3rd time now but CCnow keeps sending me that there was a billing problem ;_; I use VISA prepaid card and Im sure I put in more than the amount of what I should pay, but it's not coming through :

Hello Nana, you can try to pay via Paypal (default payment gateway), it accepts VISA card too. n_n

For the Billing Problem situation, it may happen under few situations:-

1) The card doesn't authorized online transaction yet; and you can contact your card issuing bank & solve it.

2) The email address rejected to receive CCNow emails, CCNow will consider this case as unsuccessful order;

3) The card was banned from CCnow, this may because the card is reported as stolen or lost card, or the card has bad record in online transactions.

If there is still problems, you can submit ticket (with situation description) to our Support Center and let my teammates help you directly. n_n

It says free shipping! :o I know you guys are probably tired about being asked by the same question, but I was wondering by"Free Shipping" does that include the country where I am (which is United Arab Emirates, in Dubai to be specific :3) and if it does, how long do you think it'll take? The Convention Im planning to attend to is like, a month away, April 5-6, do you think it will come before that? This is the second time im planning on buying my cosplay wig from here, I hope it all works out and will be as awesome as the last wig I bought ^o^/ Thanksss ♡

Hello grass fairy,the processing time of this wig is 4-6 days,if you want to get it
around 2 weeks,when you order,you can choose the fastest shipping (UPS),the shipping day of it is 4-6days.
So you will get the wig within 8-12 days after you place a order.

Once you make an order, it will take 15–20 working days to customize your costume by professional dressmaker. Complicated dress may need more than 30 days. Some wigs and Customized shoes will take a litter longer, about 4 to 5 weeks. All the accessories can ship immediately. If you need to attend a convention, please make sure you have enough time for preparing.

Our dressmaker will start customizing the dress for you within 2 days after receiving your payment, it's impossible to cancel an order. Please make a careful decision.
