It says that if there are any problems then I will get a refund and I'll have to send the wig back but what if the wig never shown up. If the wig does not come will I still get a refund?

Hello KittyKatty, you are asking for 2 different situations:
1) if the package reached you already, and you don't like it, you will need to return it to us & bear the return shipping cost; after we received the returned wig, we will issue you refund.
2) if the package never reach you but just returned to us, we will check what's problem with it, if that is not your responsibility, then we will ask if you'd like us to ship to you again (by free shipping, no extra cost needed) or you'd like to get refund directly.

Does the wig come spiked or do I have to style it?

Hello KittyKatty, you will need to style the spikes with hair styling clay after received the wig. We will not style the spikes when packing as that will destroyed the wig during international shipping process. n_n
