I just received my costume, and I'm so happy with it! The jacket is a little small but I'm putting that down to my measuring, however everything else fits PERFECTLY. I used the EMS shipping option to make sure I got it on time for a convention, but I doubt I even needed to because the shipping was amazing, it came so much quicker than I expected, and your service is amazing too! Everyone I spoke to before ordering was very helpful and patient with my constant questions. I haven't had the chance to wear my costume for a while yet but from what I can see so far the quality is amazing, it's exactly as depicted, and I can't wait to wear it! :) The buttons seem to be a little lose but it's nothing a bit of thread can't fix~

Hello Emma, the skirt will reach the middle part of thighs when we stand up, if you want to change the skirt length, you can write it in remark box (in order form), and our tailor will adjust the skirt length for you.  n_n
*Remarks like 'I want a longer skirt, from waist to skirt end: xxcm.'

For the measurements, the outside leg means from waist to ankle bones, it is for our tailor to check the costume proportion. 

If you order the standard size (2 weeks making time) on 20th April & use free shipping (20-30 days shipping time), it will probably reach you around end of May or early June.  :)

My mum got me this for my birthday a few days ago and it is gorgeous! The fabric is so soft and its well made. The ourfit is a little tight when it comes to the skirt but we forgot to add on a few cms like we normally do. The school badge is very well made and detailed. Would recomend this to a friend ^_^

Hello Abigail, the height and weight are for our tailors reference (about the proportion, and they will know once the size given is wrong); for the skirts, the length is proportion to the costume size, it will reach the middle part of your thigh when you stand up (above the knees).  n_n

So i received my costume yesterday, and i REAALLLY love it! it looks EXACTLY like the picture. (not the video)the seams are all nicely done, and the fabric feels nice. the shipping was fast (i chose free shipping) and i LOVE IT! I will definetly order from you guys again. i am completely satisfied with my costume, and it was exactly like in CLANNAD, except for the badge (it should be all blue, not green and blue.) a suggestion for you guys is to make all badge colors (red, blue, green). How to measure?

A: About the measurement, when you choose custom size, you need to measure your exact body size (according to the following picture) instead of the costume size. Our tailors will make the costume fit for you.

Once you make an order, it will take 15–20 working days to customize your costume by professional dressmaker. Complicated dress may need more than 30 days. Some wigs and Customized shoes will take a litter longer, about 4 to 5 weeks. All the accessories can ship immediately. If you need to attend a convention, please make sure you have enough time for preparing. 

Our dressmaker will start customizing the dress for you within 2 days after receiving your payment, it's impossible to cancel an order. Please make a careful decision.

Payment:

We accept payments from Paypal, Stripe and Worldpay.

Paypal accepts pay by Paypal.

Stripe accepts payments by ApplePay and credit cards (including VISA, MASTER, DISCOVER, AMEX, JCB, and DINER Club).

Custom & Tax:

Cosplayfu has no control over import charges and does not have responsibility for the package meeting local customs taxes.
