Hello Samuel, the shorts will reach the middle part of your thigh when you stand you. Yes, we can tailor made the size for you, you can simply choose "Custom Size" and fill up the measurement box. n_n

There is no extra cost for custom size, but the processing time will be longer than standard size. Our tailor need about 3 weeks to make this costume in custom size (excluding the shipping time). :)
