Hello Laura, if you order this wig now and use free shipping (Hong Kong Post, 20-30 days shipping time), it will reach you around early Nov.; you can pay extra shipping cost to upgrade a faster shipping method. n_n

I just ordered this wig from you guys, but I guess I should've asked a few questions before I ordered it. The wig's color isn't too pink, right? I don't want it to be like a bright, bright pink but to match Kobato's lavender-ish esque color. D: Also, I have to have it before/around September 20th ~ I have a con I have to attend at the end of the month and I chose 4-6 day shipping. It says it takes 4-6 days to process, so that's 12 days in total maximum...not counting weekends, I should receive it on 9/21/2011, right?

Once you make an order, it will take 15–20 working days to customize your costume by professional dressmaker. Complicated dress may need more than 30 days. Some wigs and Customized shoes will take a litter longer, about 4 to 5 weeks. All the accessories can ship immediately. If you need to attend a convention, please make sure you have enough time for preparing.

Our dressmaker will start customizing the dress for you within 2 days after receiving your payment, it's impossible to cancel an order. Please make a careful decision.

Payment:

We accept payments from Paypal, Stripe and Worldpay.

Paypal accepts pay by Paypal.

Stripe accepts payments by ApplePay and credit cards (including VISA, MASTER, DISCOVER, AMEX, JCB, and DINER Club).
