Hello Demi, if you order standard size and use fastest shipping (UPS, 4-6 days shipping time), it probably will reach you in early June; if you use free shipping (Hong Kong Post, 20-30 days shipping time), it probably will reach you in mid-June or late June. n_n

When I placed an order for this costume back in 10/10/2011, I just want to say thank you for shipping this with my other two costumes. The three costumes came to my house on 10/23/11 right before Halloween. I know I had a problem with my bank approving this payment but in the end it all work out. Once again thank you for your hard work and dedication and you will be hearing from me again in the future because I see other costumes I want to buy but I'll decide that in another time.

I placed an online order for this costume around 11:55 AM at 10/10/2011 United States Pacific time (order# 033176)but CCNOW could not get authorization from my credit card company. Bank of America was closed for the holidays (Columbus Day) and that's why the credit card company did not authorize this payment. I used a coupon for this online purchase. Do I have to resubmit everything and will my coupon still be valid?

Does this red coat have a zipper on it? I received the three costumes I ordered back in 9/6/2011 and was delivered to my house faster than I expected. The three costumes are great quality and fits me perfectly. Thank you so much and I will add this website to my favorites so I can buy more costumes in the future.

Hi, I'm a person who also needs it by the 26h of August, 2011. By reading the reviews, it doesn't sound right. Kimmy asked how long would it take and you replied "15-20" working days and Helen's question, "12-17" days for you to prepare and another 5-10 days for it to arrive. Doesn't that mean, Kimmy is gonna get it WAY after the 26th of August, 2011. She's going to receive the costume in like September. You didn't mention you needed preparing days for it.

There is no extra fee for custom size, you just choose 'custom size' in the size option, and fill in the measurements in the size box provided will be okay. And it will take 15–20 working days to customize your costume by professional dressmaker.If you want it to reach you before August 26th, we suggest you to select a faster shipping method like UPS.

How to measure?

A: About the measurement, when you choose custom size, you need to measure your exact body size (according to the following picture) instead of the costume size. Our tailors will make the costume fit for you.

Some wigs and Customized shoes will take a litter longer, about 4 to 5 weeks. All the accessories can ship immediately.
