Hello Giotto, oh, if you order it now, we are afraid it cannot reach you before 31st Oct.
*we need about 20 days to prepare this wig, and the fastest shipping (UPS) will take another 4-6 days to deliver the package, so if you order it now & use UPS, it will reach you within 5 weeks, around late Nov. :)
May be you can see our ready to ship items , all of the available sizes can be shipped within 24 hours, it will reach you before Halloween.

Super fast shipping!! The wig looks great. I should note that it really is two colors, with the front being silver and the back being blue (it's hard to tell from the pictures, but you can see it better in the video). The wig was shaped quite nicely. Thanks!
