Just got this costume a few days ago and I love it! although I do wish this thing came with instructions had a hard time putting on the eye patch mostly because it was a little bit too big and it really hugs your face. But the one thing that really confuses me is the jacket. Are you suppose to tie the arms or do they hook somewhere? O.o Other than that it's AWESOME! Thank you so much~

Hello Alex, the sleeves length means your arm length (from from shoulder to wrist), if you'd like a specific sleeves length for the costume, just write it in remark box (in order form), and our tailor will adjust it for you.  n_n
*Remark message like 'I want a shorter sleeves length, from shoulder to sleeves end: xxcm.'

Hello Alex, yes, please simply select the 'custom size' and fill up your exact body size, and our tailor will make your costume size as required.  n_n
We have have 1-2 weeks pre-launch promotion period if we have special offers, at this moment, we don't plan to have special offers in July, so probably the price will remain the same.  :)

*Custom size costume doesn't charge extra cost, but the processing time will be longer than standard size costumes; for this costume in custom size, we need about 3 weeks to make it (excluding the shipping time).

Is it possable to order it with the leather straps not attached to the pants? And if they are attached to the pants how does washing work wouldn't it damage your washer or not be accepted by the cleaners because of the hooks

Hello Agito Wanijima, the actual costume is just same as the photo shown, and the straps are attached with the pants; if you'd like to change the design, please submit ticket (with product link & request) to our Support Center and let our tailor check if they can make for you.  n_n

*For washing the costume, please put it into a washing bag, that will protect the costume best; of course, it will be much better if you wash the costume by hands.  :)

*How to wash costumes?
A: Most of our costumes are polyester costumes, so you can simply take them to professional dry clean store after wearing them; or, you can wash them:- 
(1). Hand washes only, using warm water (or normal, just don't be so hot or cold) will be okay. 
(2). For most of them (except leather, fur & materials that are thin, light or weak), you can iron it (like ironing normal clothing) when they are dry. 
(3). It will be better for you to wash them separately, because costumes' colors are always being sharp & bright (like red, yellow, purple, green, etc). So please wash them separately, because this type of colors may mix color with other clothes or costumes.

A: About the measurement, when you choose custom size, you need to measure your exact body size (according to the following picture) instead of the costume size. Our tailors will make the costume fit for you.

Once you make an order, it will take 15–20 working days to customize your costume by professional dressmaker. Complicated dress may need more than 30 days. Some wigs and Customized shoes will take a litter longer, about 4 to 5 weeks. All the accessories can ship immediately. If you need to attend a convention, please make sure you have enough time for preparing. 

Our dressmaker will start customizing the dress for you within 2 days after receiving your payment, it's impossible to cancel an order. Please make a careful decision.
