Hello kelly walton, we are in HongKong China.We are afraid that the time is too rush to reach you by 10/28.
If you order standard size now (about 2-3 weeks making costume time) and use the fastest shipping method (Premium Express, 3-6 days shipping time), it will reach you around mid November.
*All shipping information (including methods, cost & estimated delivered date) will be shown in order page, before payment; you can pay extra cost to upgrade shipping method there.

Regular measurements are as follows...Height 5'6,Shoulder-20', bust-49', waist-44', hip 52', Sleeve length-23',Outside Leg,28' weight-230lbs. Do u also sell Endora's mauve shoes?

Has the billing issue been resolved yet? It should be by now!
MBNA never even received the transaction, so maybe one of your employees mistyped or some techinal issue occued! It certainly wasn't my card. And most diffinately won't happen with this one!

How do I send my custom measurements to u, so I can order ASAP? Height is 5'6, shoulder-20',bust-49',waist-44',hip-52', arm-16',tigh'28',knee 21', calf-18',head-22',neck-15.3/4',sleeve lenght-23',outside leg-28',inseam-25', weight 243lbs, foot size-9,around foot to top comfortable '10. I would also like to order Endora's shoes!

*Custom size costume doesn't charge extra cost, but the processing time will be longer than standard size costumes; for this costume in custom size, we need about extra 1-2 weeks to make it (excluding the shipping time).
