The design I'm seeing now looks a lot different from what was shown before. I was really hoping to buy the outfit, but it seems the quality went down several notches... Why did that happen?

About the cosplay- Is there any chance of being able to ask for that hoop under it to be removed and replaced with a few layers of tulle? Also- The tie/bow under the corset, can it be unfolded and re-folded? And-- Last question, I swear-- What do the arm sleeves look like? According to the official design by Ms. Ichika, they're supposed to spread out in a large bell-type. Thank you in advanced for answering the questions! I'm thinking of buying this, but I'd like to keep it as close to the song and novel as I can.
