Hi, if I order custom sizing and did the quickest shipping, and order today or tomorrow, would I have the outfit by April 2nd? I live in Washington, USA. I need it for a convention, and I know this is short notice. I would really, really appreciate a reply, my friend ordered through this site and highly recommended it so I would love to go through you. When I went through the steps to order it, is said it wouldn't come in until May :(

Hello Sara, we will try to hurry up the processing time, but still unable to 100% guaranteed it can reach you on time, by 2nd April.
*If you order custom size now (about 3 weeks making costume time) and use the fastest shipping method (Premium Express, 3-6 days shipping time), it will reach you around early April.  
*If you order it with Premium Express and write down the date you need it, we will mark it in our higher priority list, but still unable to guaranteed the exact delivered date, hope you can understand.

Hello Jennifer, please simply select the 'custom size'and fill up your exact body size (or the costume size you want it be) , and our tailor will make your costume size as required.
For body size, our tailor usually leave about 3-5cm room when making the costume, so that the costume can fit you well. For costume size, our tailor will just make the size by the measurement you provide, no extra cm/in. n_n

*Custom size costume doesn't charge extra cost, but the processing time will be longer than standard size costumes; for this costume in custom size, we need about extra 1-2 weeks to make it (excluding the shipping time).

Hello Deanna78, we are afraid the time will be a bit tight, since our tailors are enjoying their long Lunar New Year holidays now until late Feb., so, if you order standard size in next week (about 5 weeks making costume time) and use the fastest shipping method (Premium Express, 3-6 days shipping time), it will reach you around end of March or late March, but cannot reach you at beginning of March, sorry for this.

cool. :) I got my costume in today. I love it besides two problems which Im pretty sure I can fix. its too loose around my breast but is perfect around my hips. so its kinda falling down. and the neck/ribbon piece is way to big but I'm pretty sure between both me, my friends and my family we can fix the costume pretty easily I hope. I am overall happy with the costume and I would much rather it be too big than to small. So thanks. :D

okay I'm wondering is there any additional cost if you custom order this outfit. because looking at the sizes, my bust is bigger than what is listed on the chart and so is my weight. and I want to make sure I can afford any extra cost since I really want the costume but don't fit into the size chart. Most of our costumes are made by order, so it need time for processing. ^ ^ The estimate delivery time is the normal processing time of our costumes, and it would be longer around Halloween.  If you really need to rush it, please contact our support center  for details.

How to measure?

A: About the measurement, when you choose custom size, you need to measure your exact body size (according to the following picture) instead of the costume size. Our tailors will make the costume fit for you.

Once you make an order, it will take 15–20 working days to customize your costume by professional dressmaker. Complicated dress may need more than 30 days. Some wigs and Customized shoes will take a litter longer, about 4 to 5 weeks. All the accessories can ship immediately. If you need to attend a convention, please make sure you have enough time for preparing. 

Our dressmaker will start customizing the dress for you within 2 days after receiving your payment, it's impossible to cancel an order. Please make a careful decision.

Payment:

We accept payments from Paypal, Stripe and Worldpay.

Paypal accepts pay by Paypal.

Stripe accepts payments by ApplePay and credit cards (including VISA, MASTER, DISCOVER, AMEX, JCB, and DINER Club).

Custom & Tax:

Cosplayfu has no control over import charges and does not have responsibility for the package meeting local customs taxes.
