Do I really have to make a payment of 50+ USD to purchase this one ring? When I try to check this one item out a window pops up and says "You can purchase products from "Accessory Package" and "Party Supplies" only when the payment is over 50USD". I've made an account, but I haven't received any authorization email yet. Is this why there's a pop-up window, or do I really have to comply with the pop-up window?
