I have come to write a serious review of this product, rather than ask questions. The costume itself is... Very small compared to what I was expecting, not in length (its really long) but in size. The shirt doesn't fit well at all, and the pants are a little hard to fasten, and the waistcoat... Well I can say the same as the shirt. The jacket fits rather nicely though apart from that it's hard to move my arms.
Most of this I suppose is my fault, thinking an XL would suit my measurements, and honestly I expected the XL to be a bit bigger in size, though it's perfect in length. I was already on a goal to lose weight which should help my problem and I still have time in my life to get taller. I'll probally shrink into it as time goes on but for now it's not too well of a fit.
As for the craftsmanship of this I expected a less rough material but over all it's made very well, unless you're a bit on the heavy side like I am (160 pounds with most of the weight in your thighs and gut, ahah). I might go out and buy a different shirt to use but over all I'm pretty glad I bought this, and I really like the jacket.
Over all this cosplay was just... A lot smaller than I expected as a size XL.

Hello, I was curious as to the non-custom made cosplays for this. When I get all my measurements done (currently I know my chest is around 37 or 36 inches and my weight is around 136), should I go with one size larger than I think I need? And which measurements should I mostly go by when looking at that chart, as in which should I worry about best fitting areas? I'm considering going one size larger than thought, better to have it be able to be grown into than wear for a while and never again.

Hello Matt Whitaker, if you measure the chest size is 37 inches already, then you can order size Male L. But please also measure and check the shoulder width, waist & hip size to see if Male L size fits you. The weight is mainly for our tailor checking the costume proportion for standard size costume.
Actually, we always welcome customer ordering custom size as that will make sure the costume better fit customers. You can simply select the 'custom size'and fill up your exact body size, and our tailor will adjust the costume size to fit you. n_n
*Custom size costume doesn't charge extra cost, but the processing time will be longer than standard size costumes; for this costume in custom size, we need about extra 1-2 weeks to make it (excluding the shipping time).

Hello Monique, the custom size need about 20 days. We include free shipping (Hong Kong Post, 20-30 days shipping time) worldwide. So, it will take 40-50 days for package to deliver you by free shipping.
