China is one of the oldest nations, being depicted as immortal as well as being over 4000 years old, and is regarded as the eldest brother among the East Asian nations. Because of the Sino-Soviet Split, he is disturbed and distrustful of Russia. He also has a long and disfiguring scar across his back due to Japan injuring him during the First Sino-Japanese War, and is often depicted with pandas.
